In a meeting with the Senators held last 11 July 1992, the issue on the need to make plans in anticipation of the 60th signatory-ratification of the Law of the Sea was raised.
In this regard, please prepare a study and set of recommendations on the above for presentation to a joint executive-legislative meeting on the matter.
