The Assistant Executive Secretaries of this Office are hereby authorized to pass upon, sign and approve, under Section 2048 of the Revised Administrative Code, all requisitions and orders for supplies, materials and equipment drawn by bureaus and offices under the Office of the President.

Approval or action taken by the Assistant Executive Secretaries on requisitions and orders submitted prior to the issuance of this Order is likewise authorized.
