Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 795, dated October 5, 1983, the following employees of this Office are hereby placed under the direct supervision and control of Dir. Felix C. Hidalgo who was given full responsibility for the supervision of the maintenance, sanitation and cleanliness of the Administration Building and its immediate environs:

Accordingly, the above-named employees are hereby relieved of their present duties and responsibilities, and directed to report to Dir. Hidalgo for reassignment and instructions.
Requisition and issuance of equipment and supplies for maintenance and utility services which used to be handled separately by each office or primary unit, including the recording of the utility Personnel attendance, shall henceforth be centralized in the Personnel Office.
This order shall take effect immediately.
