GRANTING AUTHORITY TO THE BUREAU OF LANDS TO CONDUCTh CADASTRAL SURVEY OF 28 MUNICIPALITIES

Pursuant to section 846 of the 1978 Revised Administration Code, the Bureau of Lands is hereby authorized to execute the Cadastral Survey of the following municipalities:

1. | San Vicente, Davao del Sur 2. | Languyan, Tawi-Tawi 3. | Pantar, Lanao del Norte 4. | Buenavista, Agusan del Norte 5. | Jabonga, Agusan del Norte 6. | Las Nieves, Agusan del Norte 7. | Trento, Agusan del Norte 8. | Baguias, Benguet 9. | Kapangan, Benguet 10. | Baungan, Bukidnon 11. | Dangcagan, Bukidnon 12. | Kibawe. Bukidnon 13. | Lantapan, Bukidnon 14. | Alcala, Cagayan 15. | Amulung, Cagayan 16. | Ballesteros, Cagayan 17. | Enrile, Cagayan 18. | Lasam, Cagayan 19. | Rizal, Cagayan 20. | Mallig, Isabela 21. | Kabuntulan (Tubao) Maguindanao 22. | Talayan, Maguindanao 23. | South Upi, Maguindanao 24. | Baliangao, Misamis Occidental 25. | Tungub, Misamis Occidental 26. | Dauin, Negros Oriental 27. | Palayan City 28. | Diadi, Nueva Vizcaya;

However, the execution of the numerical cadastral shall be done by administration of the Bureau of Lands and if necessary, the said task shall be awarded to a private contractor offering the lowest bid.

The Memorandum order shall take effect immediately.
