[ Memorandum Order No. 755, June 17, 1982 ]

Pursuant to Presidential instructions, a technical committee is hereby created for the purpose of evaluating the request of the Ministry of Information to purchase. additional radio transmitters in the approximate amount of P21 Million.

The technical committee shall be composed of the following:

1. Col. Victor Natividad Chief of Staff, Presidential Security Command | Chairman 2. Col. Leo Santos Commanding Officer Commel Group, AFP | Member 3. Lt. Col. Crisostomo Abanez Director, Presidential Program Implementation Monitoring Center/ Infrastructure and Social Program Monitoring Office Presidential Management Staff | Member 4. Atty. Jose B. de Lara Asst. Director, Special Program Office Presidential Management Staff | Member 5. Representative of the private sector | Member

The technical committee shall convene immediately and submit their report to the President within a period of two weeks.
