[ Memorandum Order No. 749, February 23, 1982 ]

Mr. GREGORIO L. BALANZA, JR., Chief of the Field Coordinating Staff, Office of Media Affairs’ National Capital Regional Office, who is on part-time detail in the Office of Hon. Emmanuel N. Pelaez, Member of the Batasang Pambansa and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs is hereby authorized to receive honoraria in the amount of not exceeding fifty percent (50%) of his basic salary, chargeable against the funds of the Batasang Pambansa, subject to the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
