[ Memorandum Order No. 735, September 3, 1981 ]

In the interest of the service, the temporary detail to the Committee on Finance, Batasang Pambansa of Mrs. ESTRELLA Y. TAN of the Ministry of Finance effective August 16, 1981, is hereby authorized.

She will perform the duties and discharge the responsibilities as the Chairman may assign to her.

She will be entitled to honoraria in the amount not exceeding fifty percent (50%) of her basic salary. chargeable against the Batasan funds and subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations
