The temporary detail of Ms. ARACEBLES DEL ROSARIO of the Presidential Management Staff, Office of the President, to the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration, Batasang Pambansa, with designation as Executive Secretary to augment the work force of the Batasang Pambansa, effective upon entrance to duty is hereby authorized with entitlement to honoraria in the amount not to exceed fifty (50%) percent of her basic salary chargeable against the Batasan funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
