The temporary detail and designation of the government personnel listed, hereunder effective September 16, 1980, to augment the Work Force of the Batasang Pambansa, is hereby authorized:

He shall perform the duties and discharge the responsibilities of the position indicated opposite his name.

He shall be entitled to honoraria in the amount not exceeding fifty percent (50%) of his basic salary, chargeable against the Batasan funds and subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
