In view of the exigencies of the service, the part-time detail of the government personnel listed, hereunder, effective January 1, 1980, to augment the work force of Batasang Pambansa, is hereby authorized:

He shall be entitled to honoraria in the amount as indicated opposite his name chargeable against the Batasan funds to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
