The temporary detail and designation of the government personnel listed hereunder, effective upon entrance to duty, to augment the work force of the Batasang Pambansa, is hereby authorized:

The personnel abovementioned are hereby assigned to the Batasang Pambansa staff of the Honorable Gerardo P. Sicat, Minister of Economic Planning, and they shall be entitled to such honoraria or allowances as may be fixed by him chargeable against the amount allotted for his staff as an Assemblyman, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
