The temporary detail and designation of the government personnel listed, hereunder, elective upon entrance to duty, but not earlier than 7 November 1979, to augment the Work Force of the Batasang Pambansa, is hereby authorized until 7 December 1979:

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE

He shall perform the duties end discharge the responsibilities of the position indicated opposite his name.

He shall be entitled to honoraria in the amount equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of his basic salary chargeable against the Batasan funds and subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
