[ Memorandum Order No. 673, November 23, 1979 ]

Ms. TERESITA BRIGOLI of the Presidential Security Command Station Hospital, Ms. ESTRLELLA MANZANO of the Ministry of Public Highways and Mr. AGUSTIN C. FRIAS of the Ministry of Natural Resources, who are all on detail with the Batasang Panbansa are hereby authorized to draw honoraria in the amount not exceeding fifty percent (50%) of their basic salary effective upon assumption of duty chargeable against the funds of the Batasang Pambansa subject to the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
