BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

[ Memorandum Order No. 67, December 14, 1992 ]

Memorandum Order No. 46 dated October 13, 1992, creating a Special Board to screen candidates to vacant career positions of directors, is hereby amended to reconstitute its composition as follows:

(a) | Chairman | The Executive Secretary or his authorized representative.

(b) | Member | A representative from the ranks of the incumbent directors, preferably a CESO. td>

(c) | Member | A representative of the employees union, preferably PSO VI or higher.

(d) | Member | From the Career Executive Service Board, by invitation.

(e) | Member | The director of the office where vacancy exists.
