In view of the nature of their work, Mesdames Gregoria O. Mendoza, Supervising Presidential Staff Officer and Mely Rose Calon, member of my staff in the GSIS, both in the Office of the Presidential Executive Assistant, are hereby exempted from rendering rural service under Letter of Instructions No. 559, for the year 1979.
