AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 642 DATED FEBRUARY 5, 1979 CREATING A COMMITTEE TO REVIEW MATTERS ALREADY DECIDED BY THE BOARD OF LIQUIDATORS WHICH CONTINUE TO BE CONTROVERSIAL.

Memorandum Order No. 642 dated February 5, 1979, creating a Committee to review all matters already decided by the Board of Liquidators which continue to be controversial is hereby amended to designate Atty. Teodoro Bay of the Legal Office, Office of the President, as Member of the Committee in lieu of Mrs. Nenita Baliao of the Office of the Presidential Assistant.
