They shall perform the duties and discharge the responsibilities of the positions indicated opposite their names based on the Plantilla of Personnel of the Batasan Secretariat, effective upon entrance to duty.

They shall be entitled to honoraria in the amount equivalent to thirty-five percent (35%) of their basic salaries chargeable against the Batasan funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedures.
