RECONSTITUTING THE PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT
The composition of the Personnel Development Committee created under Office Order No. 5 dated March 19, 1991, pursuant to CSC Memorandum No. 10, S. 1989, is hereby reconstituted, as follows:

The Personnel Office shall serve as the Secretariat of the Committee.
This order shall take effect immediately.
