RECONSTITUTING THE SELECTION BOARD FOR FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL CAREER POSITIONS, AND THE SPECIAL BOARD FOR THIRD LEVEL CAREER POSITIONS IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT PROPER

The OP Selection and Promotions Board (OPSPB) for 1st and 2nd Level Career Positions and the OP Special Board (OPSB) for 3rd Level Career Positions, created under Memorandum Order No. 248, s. 1989 and Memorandum Order No.46, s. 1992 respectively, as amended, are hereby further reconstituted as follows:

OPSPB for 1st and 2nd Level Career Positions Chairman | - The Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration Vice-Chairman | - The Deputy Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs Members | - The Deputy Executive Secretary for General Administration - The Head, Human Resource Management Office - The Head, Legal Office - One (1) Representative each from:

a. 1st Level Positions b. 2nd Level Positions - One (1) Representative from the OP Career Executive Service Officers Association, Inc. - Head of Office where the vacancy exists OPSPB for 3rd Level Career Positions

Chairman | - The Executive Secretary or his duly authorized representative Vice-Chairman | - The Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration Members | - The Deputy Executive Secretary for Internal Audit - The Head, Human Resource Management Office - The Head, Legal Office - One (1) Representative from the OP Career Executive Service Officers Association, Inc. - Head of Office where the vacancy exists

The Human Resource Management Office shall serve as secretariat to the above-mentioned Boards.
