[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 484, January 24, 1975 ]

Memorandum Order No. 475 dated December 19, 1974, constituting the Philippine Panel of delegates to the 8th Session of the FAO Intergovernmental Group on Hard Fibers to be held in Manila on January 20-25, 1975, is hereby amended so as to include therein as members the following delegates:
