MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 462

Memorandum Order No. 451, dated September 11, 1974, creating a Committee for the Forthcoming 8th Session of the FAO Inter-governmental Group on Hard Fibers, is hereby amended to include Mr. JUAN DY REYES as representative of the Department of Trade in lieu of Mr. BIENVENIDO JIMENEZ of the same Department.
