BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 453, September 18, 1974 ]

In view of the developmental objectives prescribed by law for the Philippine Aerospace Development Corporation in rationalizing the aerospace industry, contracts for lease of lands in the Manila International Airport that have been and shall be entered into between the Philippine Aerospace Development Corporation and the Civil Aeronautics Administration are hereby exempt from the provisions of Administrative Order No. 4, series of 1970.
