Memorandum Order No. 435, dated J vine 27, 1974, is hereby further amended to include Mr. Edgardo Abesamis of the Development Management Staff, Office of the President, as member of the team to coordinate and direct all activities involved in the procurement of the necessary financing for the two (2) 600 MW nuclear power plants.
