CREATING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY AND SUBMIT RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE ORTIGAS-PCGG SANDIGANBAYAN CASE

There is hereby created a Task Force to come out with a win-win solution pursuant to the government policy to maximize benefits and fast-track development in the Ortigas-PCGG Sandiganbayan case.

The Task Force shall be composed of the following:

Chairman | Chairman, Presidential Commission on Good Government Members | Representative, Office of the Executive Secretary | Representative, Department of Finance | Representative, Committee on Privatization | Representative, Office of the Chief Presidential Legal Counsel | Representative, Office of the Solicitor General

The Task Force shall submit its progress report to the Office of the President not later than 31 January 1997.
