AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF HONORARIA FOR LECTURERS AND SPEAKERS AT THE NATIONAL COMPUTER INSTITUTE, NATIONAL COMPUTER CENTER, OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, AND PRESCRIBING THEREOF THE CORRESPONDING RATES
In line with the educational program of the National Computer Center (NCC), Office of the President, the payment of honoraria for lecturers and speakers at the National Computer Institute is hereby authorized at rates prescribed below:
Course/Program | Rate Per Hour Executive and Management Seminar | ₱70.00 Systems Analysis Training | ₱20.00 Basic EDP Courses | ₱10.00 Specialized Courses | ₱15.00
Payment of honoraria shall be chargeable against the funds of the NCC, subject to the availability of funds and to the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
