[ Memorandum Order No. 362, May 14, 1991 ]

Effective immediately all employees of this Office who have been authorized, and those who may still be authorized, to render overtime services during the current year shall only be allowed to collect monthly overtime payment not exceeding thirty (30) hours or P500, whichever is lower.

However those who have already been paid overtime pay beyond the herein prescribed limitation before the issuance of this Order shall no longer be made to refund.
