REVOKING PARAGRAPH 9.B OF LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1087.
Paragraph 9.B of Letter of Instructions No. 1087 dated November 26, 1980 declaring as national special holidays September 11 as Barangay Day and September 21 as National Thanksgiving Day, is hereby revoked.
