RECONSTITUTING THE SHIPPING AND PORTS ADVISORY COUNCIL CREATED UNDER MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 246, SERIES OF 1989, AS AMENDED
The Shipping and Ports Advisory Council created under Memorandum Order No. 246, series of 1989, as amended, is hereby reconstituted as follows:
Department of Transportation and Communications Department of Agriculture Maritime Industry Authority Philippine Ports Authority Philippine Coast Guard | Chairman Philippine Shipper’s Council four (4) Private Sector Representatives (Shipping Industry & Shippers) | Members
The Council shall continue to exercise the duties and responsibilities as mandated under Memorandum Order No. 246, as amended.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
