[ Memorandum Order No. 328, January 8, 1996 ]

There is hereby created an Investigative Committee to investigate the charges against Atty. Vernette Umali-Paco, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Philippine Retirement Authority.

The Committee shall be composed of Senior Deputy Executive Secretary Luis C. Liwanag II as Chairman, with Deputy Executive Secretary Renato Corona and Atty. Buenaventura C. Magsalin as Members.

The Committee shall submit its report and recommendations to the Office of the President, thru the Office of the Executive Secretary, not later than March 15, 1996.
