EXCUSING OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THIS OFFICE AT 12:00 NOON TODAY.
In connection with the Maligayang Pasko Festival for children to be held at the Malacañang grounds this afternoon, officials and employees in this Office are hereby excused beginning at 12:00 noon today. It is understood, however, that a skeletal force shall remain in the various divisions or primary units to attend to urgent official business.
