DESIGNATING THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE DIFFERENT DIVISIONS AND OFFICES IN THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE TO THE PUBLIC INFORMATION UNIT CREATED, UNDER MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 317, DATED NOVEMBER 20, 1972.

In consonance with Memorandum Order No. 317, dated November 20, 1972, the following are designated as represenatives of the different divisions and offices in the Executive Office:

1. Miss Clarita A. Fortaleza | – Office of the Financial Assistant 2. Miss Aurora Aquino | – Records Office 3. Miss Rosario Paulino | – Accounting Office 4. Miss Evelyn Caluya | – Buildings and Grounds Division 5. Col. Bartolome Mendoza | – Special Action Unit 6. Mr. Antonio C Florendo | – Finance Office 7. Mr. Florante Dominguez | – Legislative Secretary’s Office 8. Dr. Gregorio Mateo | – Malacañang Clinic 9. Mr. Artemio Javellonar | – Administrative Division 10. Mr. Angel Soliven | – Office of the Appointments Secretary 11. Atty. Ernesto Martinez | – Staff Secretariat 12. Mr. Magno Labor | – Office of the Vice-President 13. Lt. Col. Jose Alcaneses | – Peace and Order Coordinating Council 14. Mr. Fred Santos | – Office of the Assistant Executive Secretary 15. Mrs.Liwayway B. Filart | – Cabinet Secretariat Motor Pool 16. Mr. Vicente Miciano 17. Mr. Norberto Teguinos | – Cashier’s Office 18. Mr.Ricardo Raymundo. | – Office of the Presidential Assistant on Forestry Matters 19. Mr. Julius Jose | – Office of the Presidential Assistant 20. Mr. Roberto L&bardo | – Property Division 21. Mr. Enrique Lizardo | – Protocol Office 22. Atty. Renato Corpuz | – Legal Office

The abovementioned representatives are authorized to appoint their alternates in their respective divisions or offices.

The Malacañang Information and Assistant Unit is hereby constituted as the Secretariat of the Public Information Unit.

The Assistant Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs is hereby authorized to issue memorandum orders and circulars to properly implement Memorandum Order No. 317, dated November 20, 1972.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
