Requiring the coursing of all matters involving local governments through the Department of Local Governments and Community Development.

[ Memorandum Order No. 319, November 23, 1972 ]
REQUIRING THE COURSING OF ALL MATTERS INVOLVING LOCAL GOVERNMENTS THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
Pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 1 dated September 24, 1972, and Letter of Implementation No. 7 dated November 1, 1972, all matters involving local governments shall be coursed through the Department of Local Governments and Community Development.
All concerned, particularly local government officials, shall be guided accordingly.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
