DELINEATING THE FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE
ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE SECRETARIES.
Pending the appointment of the Assistant Executive Secretaries for Legal Affairs and for Administrative Affairs, respectively, and for the guidance of all concerned, the functions and responsibilities of the two Assistant Executive Secretaries are hereby delineated as follows:
1. Assistant Executive Secretary Roberto V. Reyes: shall handle administrative as well as financial affairs; and
2. Assistant Executive Secretary Flores Bayot shall handle legal affairs, in addition to his present functions involving local government affairs.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
