INSTITUTING THE DIRECTORATE OF THE NATIONAL COMPUTER CENTER (NCC)
Pursuant to Section 2 of Executive Order No. 322, series of 1971, establishing the National Computer Center (NCC), the following officials are hereby designated to compose the Directorate of the National Computer Center, charged with the policy-making, long-range planning, and review functions thereof:

The Secretary, acting under the direction and authority of the Chairman, shall prepare the agenda, set the time and place and-attend to the other details for the meetings of the Directorate.
