[ Memorandum Order No. 235, May 29, 1971 ]

In view of the necessity and urgency of completion of the existing Navaids System Project of the Civil Aeronautics Administration, an Ad-Hoc Committee is hereby created composed of the following:

Mr. V. Basco, Director, Transportation and Communications, PES | Chairman Mr. B. Martinez, Chief, Engineering & Project Officer, CAA | Member Mr. A. Fabros, Special Assistant on (Airports) , DPWC | Member Mr. C. Garrido, Foreign Loans Officer, Department of Finance | Member Mr. F. Gose, Chief Policy Officer, PES | Member

to evaluate the technical and financial aspects of the Philcox/Wilcox Proposal for the Flight Inspection, Operation, Maintenance/Engineering, Evaluation and Technical Management of the Philippine Navaids System.

The Committee shall meet at the call of the Chairman and shall submit its report to the Executive Secretary on or before June 15, 1971.
