TO: All PREMOs, OIC PREMOs and Deputy PREMOs

Pending final decision of the Office of the President (OP) regarding the future plan affecting the position of the Presidential Regional Monitoring Officer (PREMO) created by virtue of Executive Order No. 819, Series of 1982, all concerned are hereby advised that PREMO operations in all regions are suspended pending further notice from the Office of the President.

This order shall take effect as of date of signing.
