REALIGNING THE SALARIES OF POSITIONS IN THE CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE BOARD WITH THOSE OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Budget and Management, the Career Executive Service Board is hereby authorized to adopt the OP Pay Plan effective not earlier than July 1, 1988.
Funds needed for this purpose shall be charged against the appropriations of CEBS for CY 1988.
The Secretary of Budget and Management shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement this Memorandum.
