[ Memorandum Order No. 203, April 20, 1994 ]

A Special Committee is hereby created to investigate and resolve (the personal differences between Engr. San Gabriel and Engr. John Bautista of the Engineer’s Office, which, if allowed to continue may affect the effectiveness of the said office and its personnel. The Committee shall be composed of the following officials:

Dir. Stephen F. Sergio | – | Office of the Senior Deputy | | Executive Secretary – Chairman Dir. Vicente Galang | – | Legal Office – Member Dir. Carlito Gaddi | – | Political Affairs Office – Member

This Committee shall convene immediately to resolve this matter, and submit its recommendation to the undersigned within five (5) working days, but not later than April 27, 1994.
