In a meeting with the Senators held last 11 July 1992, the issue on the requirements for the confirmation of appointments was raised.
In view of the above and in compliance with existing laws, all cabinet officials are recommended to prepare the necessary documents required for a full disclosure of your financial and business interest and effect the divestment of your assets where conflicts of interest may arise.
