In order to safeguard the confidential nature and security of matters discussed during Cabinet Meetings and for reasons of economy, Mrs. Dalisay L. Nazareno, Assistant Cabinet Secretary is hereby directed that only Members of the Cabinet and the officials specified in the following list, and others that may be authorized by the undersigned, shall be furnished copies of Cabinet Agenda and Minutes:
