SUPPLEMENTING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 155-A DATED FEBRUARY 10, 1988 PROVIDING CLARIFICATORY INFORMATION ON THE GRANT OF INCENTIVE/MEDICAL ALLOWANCE AND REQUIRING THE REFUND OF SUCH BENEFITS WHICH WERE PAID WITHOUT LEGAL BASIS
A supplement to Memorandum Order No. 155-A is hereby issued as follows:
“To ease the burden of paying back unauthorized incentive/medical allowances, agencies may allow their employees to return and/or refund such funds within a period of two (2) years from the date of receipt of this Order.
This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
