REQUIRING THE PREPARATION OF CERTAIN PAPERS FOR THE SIGNATURE OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY.
Effective immediately, actions on the following matters shall be prepared for the signature of the Executive Secretary:
1. Matters coming from the General Auditing Office for dispositive action;
2. Appeals from decisions of the said Office.
