RECONSTITUTING THE PROMOTION/SELECTION BOARDS OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.

Memorandum Order No. 822 dated July 10, 1985, reconstituting the Promotions Board of the Office of the President, is hereby amended so as to indicate the membership thereof as follows:

PROMOTION/SELECTION BOARD FOR FIRST LEVEL POSITIONS

AUXENCIO LUCERO | – | Member | Presidential Staff Director Legal Office 3. | Representative of the Office/Unit where vacancies exist (at least with the rank of Chief of Division) | – | Member 4. | Two (2) representatives of the rank-and-file employees of the Office/Unit where vacancies exist | – | Member 5. | Personnel Officer | – | Secretary

PROMOTION/SELECTION BOARD FOR SECOND LEVEL POSITIONS

1. | Atty. ERNESTO P. MARTINEZ | – | Chairman | Presidential Staff Director (ODES) 2. | Atty. NESTOR CAABAY | – | Member | Assistant Presidential Staff Director | Legal Office 3. | Finance Office Representative | – | Member 4. | Two (2) representatives from the Senior members of the Office/Unit where vacancies exist. (at least the Asst. This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
