[ Memorandum Order No. 145, July 10, 1993 ]

Effective July 12, 1993, all communications intended for action by the Executive Office and the President’s Office shall be coursed from the Records Office through the OES Work Station at the 2nd Floor of the New Executive Building.

The OES Document Tracking System at the Administration Building is hereby integrated to the DTS (NEB) together with the necessary equipment and personnel.
