APPROVING AND PROMULGATING THE GUIDELINES ON THE CAR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (CDP) REPLACING THE PROGRESSIVE CAR MANUFACTURING PROGRAM (PCMP).
Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 248 dated July 24, 1987, the Guidelines on the Car Development Program (CDP) Replacing the Progressive Car Manufacturing Program (PCMP), recommended by the Board of Investments on November 26, 1987, are hereby approved and promulgated.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication.
