AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF A TRAINING PROGRAM FOR MALACAÑANG PROTOCOL OFFICERS AND PERSONNEL
The conduct of a SEMINAR ON PROTOCOL AND SOCIAL GRACES for Malacañang personnel on June 15 to July 2, 1993 by the Department of Foreign Affairs in coordination with the Foreign Service Institute is hereby authorized with expenses for the purpose chargeable against the funds of the Office of the President, subject to the availability thereof, and the usual accounting and auditing rules.
