REQUIRING THAT INTERNAL OFFICE MEMORANDA BE BRIEF AND CONCISE.

Effective immediately, all heads of units in the Executive Office shall see to it that internal office memoranda they prepare be as brief and concise as possible, not verbose, in order to facilitate disposition of the official correspondence to which they are attached.
