CLARIFYING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 118, DATED OCTOBER 15, 1987 PROVIDING FOR THE SIGNING AUTHORITY IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

Memorandum Order No. 118, dated October 15, 1987, is hereby clarified to indicate that the same does not apply to the Presidential Consultant on Military Affairs (OPCMA), the Special Assistant to the President, and officials of the Appointments Office, the Protocol Office, the Correspondence Office and other officials holding office in the Premiere Guest House.
