ADJUSTMENT OF PARKING RATES AT THE NAIA FACILITIES
Secretary’s Certificate I, JONATHAN GARY TG. JIMENEZ, OIC-Corporate Secretary of the Manila th International Airport Authority, do hereby certify that, at its 328 Regular Board Meeting held on 29 March 2012, the MIAA Board passed the following Resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2012-034
“WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 903, the Charter of the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA), authorizes the MIAA to levy and collect dues, charges, fees or assessments for the use of the Airport premises, facilities or for any service provided by the Authority;
“WHEREAS, Management requested for authority to increase parking rates at all NAIA facilities and to conduct a public hearing for the purpose, as approved by the Board in Resolution No. 2011-098;
“WHEREAS, the Notice of Public Hearing/Consultation was published for two (2) consecutive weeks on December 30, 2011 and January 6, 2012, respectively, and the public hearing was held on January 24, 2012; “BE IT RESOLVED, THEREFORE, that after due consultation was made with the stakeholders at the public hearing, the recommendation of Management for the adjustment of parking rates at the NAIA facilities, as follows: PROPOSED (VAT-inclusive) PARTICULARS Rates Time Range Visitors Parking 1. Sedan/Van & other 4- Php 40.00 First 3 wheel vehicle Php 15.00 hours/succeeding hour or fraction thereof 2. Bus/Trucks Php 100.00 First 3 Php 20.00 hours/succeeding hour or fraction thereof3. Motorcycle Php 15.00 First 3 Php 5.00 hours/succeeding hour or fraction thereof 4. Overnight (any 24- Php 300.00 In excess of 24 hrs. hour cycle) succeeding hour or fraction thereof to be charged P20/P15/P5 Bus/car/motocycle 5. Damaged/Lost Php 500.00 Card Transport Group and Other Concessionaires 1. Sedan/Van & other 4- Php 700.00 Month/Slot wheel vehicle 2. Damaged/Lost Card Php 500.00 Employee’s Parking 1. Sedan/Van & other 4- Php 350.00 Month/Slot wheel vehicle 2. Motorcycle Php 100.00 Month/Slot 3. Damaged/Lost Card Php 500.00 be, as it is hereby, approved, subject to existing rules and regulations.” I further certify that the foregoing Resolution is still in full force and effect, and has not been repealed, amended, or modified as of this date.
