SUBMISSION OF FALSE SEA SERVICE RECORD OF SHIPPING COMPANIES

Adopted: 28 October 2014 Date Filed: 05 January 2015 The Administration hereby reminds all shipping companies to accurately state in the Certificate of Sea Service and Seafarer's Identification and Record Book of seafarers the vessel/s that the seafarer actually boarded. Shipping companies are also reminded to correctly state the details of the vessels. MARINA Regional Offices are directed to remind Shipping Companies of this advisory. For strict compliance.
